I made an order from this company as their stock looked really excellent but to date I have received nothing - the products I ordered from a company in Germany have already arrived but still nothing from Puresha in Bournemouth! - every time I phone up the number they give just goes through to a receptionist who says she'll get back to you and doesn't ask for the confirmation number just a surname - they never phone back and how can they track your order from just a surname anyway? - I am really disappointed with their customer service - not recommended!
I have to say that I've now had a good reply from this company - they are sending out a replacement package to me - we'll see how long it takes to arrive - but at least they got back to me and offered a good solution to the problem
